Triple Cheese Pie | Food & Recipes from the Farm | lancasterfarming.com - Lancaster Farming

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 4 ounces (1 cup) shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 4 ounces (1 cup) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1-1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup baking mix (Bisquick OK)

Directions

Combine and spread cheeses into a greased 10-inch pie pan. Beat eggs, milk and baking mix until smooth. Pour mixture over the cheeses and bake at 400 F for 40 minutes or until golden.

This is a go-to breakfast dish I go for when I have failed to plan ahead. I like to serve it with a breakfast meat. We normally enjoy ketchup on our breakfast casseroles, but this somehow doesn’t warrant ketchup.

My husband and three of our children work for The Family Cow, an organic dairy farm. We use all the raw milk we can and love it. I am looking forward to seeing what new recipes will become favorites!
