Besides their butter burgers, Culver’s is most well-known for their frozen custard and it pretty much comes in every flavor you could ever want. Well, the fast food restaurant found one flavor they didn’t have and is now bringing it to all of us.
The new flavor is salted caramel pecan pie. Are you drooling yet because I definitely am. They could have just stopped at salted caramel or at pecan pie and people would’ve been excited about it, but no. They decided to combine them to make possibly the sweetest custard flavor known to man.
The custard features their regular vanilla custard and has salted caramel swirled in with toasted pecans and gooey butter cake pieces. Yum!
The new flavor is meant to pay homage to Culver’s first flavor of the day, Caramel Pecan, but I think this new one might soon outrank that one in popularity.
Culver’s brings out new salted caramel pecan pie flavor for limited time
Unfortunately, the new flavor is only available for a limited time. It first came out on Thursday, June 10 and it’s unclear when Culver’s will be taking it off the menu so you better get it while you can.
But if you’re going to try this new flavor, be sure you have a sweet tooth. The salt in the caramel might cut the sugar a little bit, but cake, caramel, and frozen custard all together in one sundae is guaranteed to be a sweet treat!
