Ingredients

1-1/2 cups strawberries, fresh or frozen

2 cups rhubarb

1 cup sugar
Cook rhubarb and sugar until tender. Mix:

1/4 cup cornstarch

2 tablespoons water
Directions
Add to rhubarb and cook until thick. Note: You can add 1 tablespoon strawberry Jell-O. Stir to dissolve. Add strawberries. Cook. Pour into unbaked crust Put full crust or lattice on top. Bake at 390 F for 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
