As Fourth of July approaches, your President of Positivity has two things on her mind: fireworks safety and adorable doggos. Of course! Thus, this week Michaele stopped by Humboldt Bay Fire to visit with firefighter Yolla Montalbin and Cali the Fire Dog!
Who is this courageous pooch? Outpost readers may remember a few months back when the community rallied to raise more than $7,500 to pay for Cali’s cancer surgery. Well, judging by the high-five Cali gave Michaele, this pooch is feeling fine and is ready to teach more local schoolchildren about fire prevention! Take that, cancer!
