For the last new months, locals have awaited the arrival of DalMoros Fresh Pasta To Go. The fast-casual pasta restaurant finally announced its opening officially this week.
“We are excited to start serving up fresh pasta to go in downtown St. Petersburg!,” DalMoros wrote on Facebook. “Spread the word to all your foodie friends and stay tuned for a sneak peek at our opening day menu!”
Sauces available to pair with pasta on opening day including pesto, boscaiola, cacio e pepe, bolognese, and Napoletana. Other toppings, desserts, and drinks like beer, fountain drinks and wine will also be offered.
A press release said festivities on opening day—set for Thursday, May 27—include a “pasta cutting” at 11 a.m. followed by an official opening. The first 100 customers receive a free pasta card to use when they return.
“We are ecstatic to finally open our doors and serve delicious, fresh pasta to everyone,” said David Caruso, DalMoros St. Pete franchisee, in the release. “We hope to attract the masses to our shop in St. Pete and make DalMoros everyone’s favorite.”
DalMoros Fresh Pasta To Go sits at 653 Central Ave. Hours are Monday-Wednesday 11 a.m.-9 p.m., Thursday 11 a.m.-11 p.m., Friday and Saturday 11 a.m.-2 a.m., and Sunday 11 a.m.-9 p.m.
