Dalmoros Fresh Pasta To-Go will officially open at 653 Central Avenue on Thursday May 27. It was the first concept of its kind when it first opened in Italy, and soon it will join a bustling block of small businesses on Central Avenue.
Restaurant culture is transitioning from dine-in to takeout. Counter service concepts with easy to-go options have become more desirable as the global pandemic progresses. The 600 Block of Central Avenue, an area already replete with excellent food options, will gain another tasty business. Welcome to DalMoros.
It’s the first fresh pasta to-go concept in the world, according to the owners. DalMoros was founded in 2012 in Venice, Italy by Chef Gabriele Dal Moro. Since its debut, DalMoros has expanded to Barcelona, Toronto, Annex, Vaughan Mills, and Square One in Canada.

DalMoros Fresh Pasta To Go uses only the highest quality ingredients to produce five special varieties of fresh pasta: fusilli, spaghetti, gnocchi, bigoli and linguine. Customers can also choose from 9 artisan sauces: Napoletana, Fattoria, Ai Formaggi, Pesto, Carbonara, Bolognese, Ragù d’Anatra, Nero di Seppia and Frutti di Mare.
Tiramisu to-go is on the menu. All pastas are made from scratch right in front of diners and entrees are served in small to-go containers for easy carry out.
