Dolly Parton's limited ice cream is called Strawberry Pretzel Pie.

UPDATE: There's still hope, y'all.

Despite frustrated fan reports, Jeni's says it is not sold out of Strawberry Pretzel Pie online. The website crashed before anyone could actually get it.

"To those of you trying to order Strawberry Pretzel Pie online, we are so sorry. This sucks. The flavor is NOT sold out. Our website issues have lasted longer than expected, but we are working on it and will let you know via email and social media when we’re back up and running," reads a statement on the Jeni's site.

The Heights location says it sold out of pints within minutes.

Strawberry Pretzel Pie is available today through Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams. The flavor was inspired by Parton and features "layers of salty pretzel gravel, subtly sweet and effortlessly sweet-tart cream cheese ice cream and lipstick red strawberry sauce."

It's available starting at 11 a.m. Thursday at jenis.com. There is a limit of two pints per purchase. The limited run includes about 10,000 pints and is expected to sell out quickly.

Local shops will sell scoops and pints but have very limited stock, so get there early. Like, before they open. The Heights location at 375 W. 19th opens at noon.

Otherwise, your best bet will be to buy it online at noon the day it drops. We can’t guarantee availability (or reserve pints), so please plan accordingly!

The flavor will benefit Dolly’s Imagination Library, a book gifting program that gives free books to children from birth to age five.

We recommend getting to your neighborhood scoop shop early (before open) or buying it online today at noon. There is a limit of two pints per purchase in-store and online and the flavor is not available for delivery or pickup via the Jeni’s app.
