Ingredients

• 1-1/2 cups pecans

• 3/4 cup milk

• 4 eggs

• 3/4 cup light corn syrup

• 1/4 cup soft butter

• 3/4 cup brown sugar

• 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla

• 1/2 cup flour

• 3/4 teaspoon baking powder

• 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

Grease 9-inch pie plate and spread pecans in bottom. Put remaining ingredients in blender and blend until thoroughly mixed. Pour over pecans in pie plate.

Bake at 350 F for 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. This pie will form its own bottom crust.
