The meal is quick and easy, with elements being easy to swap out for alternatives - making it easy to cater for fussy eaters or dietary requirements.
The recipe calls for pasta, pesto and cream to be combined with chopped chicken, vegetables and a diced spring onion.
And other mums are excited about the quick and simple recipe.
'That looks so good,' one mum said.
'This gives me an idea for Thursday dinner and that chicken I have.'
Easy recipes are perfect after a long day, another mum recently shared her 'deliciously cheap' carbonara recipe - after coming across it on the back of a bacon packet.
Liz posted on Facebook, where she said she found the recipe on the back of a packet of 'Don' bacon, and she tried it last weekend.
'I'm working from home and made it again today for lunch,' she wrote.
'It honestly only took me 25 minutes (lucky, because I only have a 30-minute lunch break) from cold water on the stove to eating.'

Liz said she used several ingredients she already had including minced garlic, pasta, the bacon and eggs.
She then went to the supermarket to get her hands on cream, shallots, Parmesan cheese - and spent $11 in Aldi in total.
'It cost me $11 and made two meals, four serves out of the one lot of purchased ingredients,' she said.
While she didn't add it, Liz said the recipe also includes parsley and spring onions.
Hundreds online were impressed with the results.
'Yum, this looks amazing,' one woman posted.
'Try adding broccoli next time. Takes it to the next level,' added another.
A third wrote: 'You made my mouth water'.
An Australian woman has shared how to make chicken carbonara pasta in a slow cooker after receiving the recipe from a friend
Revealing the recipe to the Aussie Slow Cooker Recipes Facebook group, she later said the chicken carbonara pasta was very easy to make (pictured)
While the recipe may be easy to follow, it takes four hours to cook on a low heat then a further 1.5 hours on a high heat
This isn't the first time a recipe for spaghetti carbonara has captured the attention of the internet.
Previously, an Australian woman shared how to make chicken carbonara pasta in a slow cooker after receiving the 'game changing' recipe from a friend.
At first she was 'sceptical' about preparing the dish in the slow cooker but thought she'd give it a go anyway and raved about the results online.
Posting in the Aussie Slow Cooker Recipes Facebook group, she later said the chicken carbonara pasta was very easy to make and tasted as good as it looked.
To make the meal she used chicken, bacon, sliced mushrooms, minced garlic, thickened cream, chicken stock, condensed cream of chicken soup and pasta.
While the recipe may be easy to follow, it takes four hours to cook on a low heat then a further 1.5 hours on a high heat to complete so you will need to have time on your hands - but there is no need to brown the chicken first.
