Quanren Lin currently has three Volcano Steak & Sushi restaurants open around Georgia with a fourth on the way. Opening at 1600 Pleasant Hill Road in Duluth, Volcano Steak & Sushi will feature a full seafood menu, in space formerly home to Won Won Seafood (and Golden House before that). “We chose this location because we see the population keep growing up every year and that’s why we think the market will be better for the future,” Lin told What Now Atlanta (WNA).

The new Volcano Steak & Sushi is “coming soon” to the 11,726-square-foot stand-alone restaurant space, without any indication of an exact opening timeline. Volcano Steak & Sushi’s selection of food is always expanding, as Lin and his chefs are constantly improving and growing the menu of Japanese cuisine. You’ll also find a kid-friendly menu, as well as a variety of cocktails.

For Lin, it didn’t start with Volcano, but his empire of restaurants is indeed called Volcano Inc. His first restaurant began in Chattanooga, Tennessee with Fuji Steakhouse and then went on to expand across Tennessee and Georgia: Volcano Asian Bistro in Alpharetta, Volcano Steak & Sushi in Acworth, Okinawa Steak & Sushi in Canton, Pacific Spice in Cumming and Acworth.

Lin told WNA about a plethora of upcoming restaurants he’s opening. This November, he’s opening Volcano Crab and Bar restaurant in Chattanooga, and two more Volcano Steak and Sushi’s arriving in Hiram and Maple Shade, New Jersey.
