PHOENIXVILLE — The Phoenixville Area Time Bank is celebrating autumn with its seventh annual Italian Pasta Party on Saturday, Oct. 24.
Enjoy a take-out dinner featuring Nick Castellano's traditional Italian gravy (meatballs and sausage or a veggie sauce). Gluten-free pasta and spaghetti squash are alternatives for pasta. Dinner also includes Parmesan cheese, bread sticks, salad, ginger root beer, dessert, and 1 basket raffle ticket!
Safety is the goal for this year’s spaghetti dinner so Phoenixville Area Time Bank is offering contactless pickup and delivery of food. Eat your dinner in the safety and comfort of your own home.
Order your meal and pickup on Oct. 24 from St. John's Lutheran Church, 355 St John's Circle, Phoenixville, from 5 to 7 p.m. Delivery is available for $5 per address within 12 miles of Phoenixville.
Tickets must be purchased by 5 p.m. on Thursday, Oct., 22 via https://www.patimebank.org/pasta-party-2020 or you can place your offline order via contact info below.
New this year, Phoenixville Area Time Bank is partnering with Good Samaritan Men in Phoenixville to include the option to purchase a meal that is donated to its homeless shelter.
Area residents are encouraged to buy an extra meal for the shelter.
“The Phoenixville Area Time Bank is proud to partner with Good Samaritan for this event. Both organizations have seen significant increases in needs in the community. We are proud that our members have increased our volunteer hours to meet these needs.” said Diana Baldi, board president of Phoenixville Area Time Bank.
All dinners come with one raffle ticket for a themed baskets. Additional raffle tickets are available online for $2 each or 6 for $10.
Basket themes are: Relaxation, Fiesta, Gardening, Oktoberfest, Fall/Thanksgiving, and Holiday. The Pasta Party is sponsored by Thrivent Financial, Kimberton Whole Foods, Wegmans, ACME, Piccolo Mondo Restaurant, and Costco.
