A Pie Town property located near City Winery and Tennessee Brew Works and with a building accommodating co-working space company InDo Nashville has been listed for sale for $6.9 million.
The property offers a main address of 632 Fogg St. and two buildings with a collective 12,060 square feet, according to a loopnet.com listing. The proposed sale price is the equivalent of about $377 per foot based on acreage.
An LLC owns the property, having acquired the main building in 2014 for $630,000 and the ancillary structure (located at 617 Middleton Ave. across an alley from the 632 Fogg site) in 2015 for $300,000, according to Metro records.
The owners undertook major upgrades and an addition to the main building after purchasing it.
The two properties offer a collective 0.42 acres. The Middleton Avenue building was constructed in 1964, while the 632 Fogg building underwent the addition and upgrades in 2015. Also located nearby is Third Man Records.
The owners, who also own the aforementioned InDo, have enlisted Bradley Jones, director of commercial real estate with Nashville-based Freeman Webb Commercial, to handle the marketing and sale of the property. Freeman Webb Commercial is a sister entity of Post parent company FW Publishing.
Pie Town, which is a specific segment of downtown's broader SoBro district, is so named due to the multiple "slices of pie" yielded by its various streets that split.
