FRANKLIN — The Knights of Columbus, Sacred Heart Council 1847 St. Mary Parish Franklin is planning its third annual Thanksgiving pie sale.

Pies come from the family owned Mann’s Orchards and Bakery. The flavors will remain the same as last year: apple, pecan, pumpkin and blueberry. The cost also remains the same at $15 per pie. Those buying pies may also choose to purchase and donate pies for the Franklin Senior Center to distribute.

This year there will be two ways to purchase pies, residents can visit the Knights’ website at http://kofc1847.org or visit them on Facebook at https://ift.tt/33QDJvm. There is a link to order and pay for orders. The site is open now until Oct. 31.

The Knights will also be taking pie orders just one weekend this year, Oct. 31 to Nov. 1. After all of Masses at St. Mary Church, the Knights will be set up in the lower church to take pie orders. Cash, check or credit card will be accepted. All online orders will accept credit cards only.

All COVID-19 and CDC guidelines will be strictly adhered to. Pies are individually baked and packed at Manns Orchard.

Customers will be able to pick up pies on Tuesday, Nov. 24, 2-8 p.m., in the CCD offices at the old St. Mary’s Franklin Parish Hall Center (previously the Charter School ) on the first floor.

For questions, call Jim Campbell at 508-848-8681, Jim Lane at 774-571-9804 or Mike Swan at 508-404-4792.
